Responsibilities:

• Recruiting new agent;
• Active agent and productivity agent;
• Sales tactical;
• Monitoring & Controlling daily activity agent;
• Development agent.

Requirements:

• Max. age 40 years old;
• Bachelor degree from any discipline;
• Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance);
• Target Oriented;
• Strong initiative & teamwork;
• Excellent communication skill & leadership.
